Pre Construction

Pre construction is often overlooked when thinking of a custom built home. This is the very beginning of the project where planning is needed for septic approval, floorplan guidance, house location on property, excavation plans/demolition, and other general questions. My family has built homes to sell since I was 3 years old. I have always been around this business and pray God always allows me to be. Our move-in-ready homes are built with the same care and attention to detail as our custom homes are built. We take pride in these homes and want them to be built in the best way possible. We don’t offer a typical “spec home”. Time is taken in the beginning to really stop and think about each project. For example, if there is a good view in the backyard, we try and take advantage of this by choosing a floorplan that has more windows and doors facing the back just like a homeowner would in a custom built home. The color scheme, accent walls, fixtures, and mirrors are all considered when we build a move-in-ready home. All of this is done with the end result in mind – building quality homes for reasonable prices.

Additions, Garages, Shops, Remodels

While we are custom home builders at heart, we also build a variety of other structures. We have experience in additions, garages, shops, and remodels. You will receive the same great service and quality of work on these projects as we do for our custom homes. The building processes for these projects are very similar to a custom home build making it easy on us to offer these services on top of our custom homes.
